This wine is made from Dolcetto from the warm Heathcote region in central Victoria. It is intended as a full and savoury style of Rosé, with complexity and structure. The wine has a dark pink colour, aromas of rose petals, red berries and spice. The wine shows deep flavours of cherry and spice with a hint of biscuit and dusty tannins held together by a firm acid backbone. It is a complex Rosé with the versatility to work as an aperitif or match with a wide variety of food styles. Pretty and smart.
